Delete your LiftLens account

This removes your profile, logs, thumbnails, usage records and sign-in details from our servers.

In the app

Open LiftLens, go to Profile → Account → Delete account and confirm. Deletion starts at once.

Delete some of your data

You don't have to delete your account to remove single entries. Open a meal or a workout and tap the bin icon. Workouts and activities listed under Progress have one too. The entry, and a meal's photo, are removed from our servers the next time the app syncs, usually within seconds when you're online.

Without the app

Email krishnasharma.active@gmail.com from your account's email address, or include your phone number. We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. A Razorpay subscription is cancelled for you when the account is deleted.

What may remain

Payment records that the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are held separately for the required period.
